This is a great start!
Imo the titles to these sections can be more concise and straightforward, how about something like:
1. Getting Started: Authentication in Developer Hub
1.1. Authentication and Provisioning Overview
1.2. Using Guest Authentication
1.3. Quickstart: Basic Keycloak Authentication
1.4. Quickstart: Basic GitHub Authentication
1.5. Quickstart: Basic Microsoft Entra ID Authentication

PTAL at the GitHub set up video and update as needed. They need to set up 2 GitHub apps, one for integration and one for auth.

GitHub integration is in another procedure. I added the include to this PR.
